A good "ritratto ambientato" (I don't know how to transalte it... life-portrait? setting portrait? environment-portrait? surrounded-portrait?)
Maybe it's the jpg compression (perhaps blurred for long exposure)... but looks not well focused, nor on the hands neither on the face.

It is strange... 256KB of JPG with a so short depth of field picture could allow less jpg artifacts and more details on the focus plane. Mmmmm

How do you finalize your jpg? what software and procedures?

I like this worker-portrait.
Regarding focusing I have the same doubt of Cosimo.
I seams that focus goes from detail to blur, from left to right and not from foresight to background..
