Hi Lobonz,
A nice kiss, with a good composition with the vertical line taht recall the boats on the sea 
B/W is a little too "grey"... maybe with more contrast the picture could be more "strong", intense.

I agree with Derby about the b&w conversion, but very good compo. It's funny that both subjects wear the same white shirt ..
