My english is not so good, but I try (in other words! Sorry Mugatu  ).
Very likeable, funny, his face and expression let other technical details (if any) become less important.
The empathy with subject is well balanced with (Mugatu... wich words...  ) grane (?).
I'd like to see a square cut with a white frame, instead of the thin grey one of your choice.

Beautiful and unusual portrait.
It seems that you was trying to have a cut that could become an hypnotic look. The pose talks about million thoughts, and the beautiful light helps this. The dark side of the face talk to me about dark corner in the mind. I think that all these things, with a beautiful b/w let your photo be full of meanings.
I cannot see the eyes, and this is a little displeasure for me, as the eyes are the narrators.

I think that there's another problem in the image. The b&w is a bit magenta. This coud be an erroneous profile translation between the working space in photoshop and the profile used to save the photo for the web.
In any case, welcomw to our forum. I'll wait for other shots from you...
